Time for a quick blog post about keeping my hands warm. This blog post was inspired by a Twitter conversation this morning.
When writing, especially during colder weather my hands can become cold. So a couple of years ago I decided to buy fingerless gloves and I find they make a difference. I find fingerless gloves don’t last long though, but if a pair can last two or three months of use, then I’m happy.
The gloves don’t stop the flow of my writing! So don’t think they are only for market stall and street corner booth owners, but also useful for those colder moments indoors and no-doubt other scenarios.
Some might read this and think ‘put the heating on!’, but often I’d rather put layers on indoors, than have higher heating bills if I am on my own. I’m sure there are times when I should of turned the heating on though, when I’ve been on my own. Oops. Though if it is quite cold and my girlfriend is around, I do turn the heating on!
Do you suffer from cold hands? Any useful tips to share?
