Great Scott! This post is going to be heavy. I’m in the process of boarding up the personal blog, refueling the DeLorean and setting the time circuits.
Each day I’ve looked forward to writing personal blog posts, receiving feedback and reading the latest updates from other personal bloggers in Google Reader. I earn a healthy dollop of money from writing (if you require a writer please contact me), but my personal blog is my favourite outlet.
Though with reluctance I’ve decided within the last day to put this blog on hold and spend the time elsewhere, as a temporary sacrifice has been required (including tweets). I won’t be unsubscribing from any personal blogs I follow, but please forgive a lack of comments. Please don’t unsubscribe from this blog.
Plenty of work, plans and adventure await and upon my return I will share. If you liked my recent posts, expect more of the same. Also expect a greater focus on British food & drink, plus some funky posts I won’t even hint about, hopefully worth the wait.

The Seven Day Blogging Challenge
I’ve hugely enjoyed the seven day blogging challenge, even though the last few days I’ve been pushed for time. Aided by tea or coffee with a biscuit or two I’ve devoured your posts, impressed at the diversity and quality. I loved every minute of reading the challenge posts and how we all interpreted the daily tasks. Thank you everyone who took part or read the posts.
Oh and this post wasn’t over 300 words… 😉
Well, that was a surprise. Good luck to you in your time away! Thanks again for putting the challenge together. I’ve gotten a couple new blogs to follow out of it, and I’m glad to have spent some time focusing on my blog.
