The Question

The seven day blogging challenge asks that I answer just one question I think blog visitors may have. The task almost overwhelms, but fear not! Indeed I set my loyal Igor the task of condensing the list to just one all important question.

The floods of visitors to the blog from all corners of the world. The search engine queries like grains of sand on a shore. The dark cubbyhole’s of my blog where rodents scurry out of the way, as creaking doors open and weary visitors take a glimpse at what lurks beyond, often finding themselves peeking into the abyss.

Igor was up to the challenge as per usual. With the aid of a lightning rod, a cheerleading team and a deck of cards…. and the unspoken question, never to ask an Igor why, as he never asks you, he came forth with this….. How do I make homemade potato wedges using a broken toilet?

Ah! A solid serious and worthy question I feel, but one I fear I can not do justice today at least, so I’ve chucked onto the back burner and canceled Igor’s cheerleader monthly magazine subscription. Though I’m glad to have helped people both with their toilet issues and potato wedges addiction. Instead I will answer this possible question….

Are you the Andrew (edited) I’m searching for?

Possibly. Perhaps I am the Andrew (edited) you weren’t searching for, but should of been? Perhaps I’m the Andrew you knew, but has changed and the Andrew you seek is in the past, on a podium at a nightclub doing a dance banned in most countries? Could be the Andrew who enjoys a historic setting, sea view or countryside? Perhaps I’m in the future and you should come back at a quarter past four next Thursday?

There are a legion of alternate Andrew (edited)’s out there also. I once received a message from another, nice chap. Another shares a photography passion. Yet another has a somewhat dodgy online username *removed*, which I’m sure the rest like myself appreciate him choosing?!

So my answer after long and serious consideration, including my debating of the question with the oxford union (that was a lie, okay so was serious consideration), is….
